1. Description of Service
MacroInspector is a "local-first" nutrition analysis tool. All primary data processing occurs exclusively on your local device. We do not operate a backend for the permanent storage of your personal nutritional data.2. Data Sovereignty & Data Loss
- check_circleLocal Storage: Your data is primarily stored within your browser's IndexedDB.
- check_circleOptional Cloud Sync: You may optionally enable synchronization via third-party cloud providers (Google, Microsoft).
- check_circleEncryption: Synchronized data is end-to-end encrypted. Creative Bytes [FM] e.U. has no technical access to your unencrypted data or your secret password.
- check_circleResponsibility: We are not liable for any data loss caused by browser updates, clearing the cache, hardware failure, loss of your secret password, or availability issues of third-party cloud providers. Regular backups via the export function are strongly recommended.
3. Advertising & Subscriptions
