Your privacy is our priority: All data is stored exclusively locally in your browser. We do not transfer any personal health data to our servers – you stay in full control.

How can I back up or transfer my data?
In the settings under 'Backup,' you can easily export your profiles, recipes, and logs as a file. You can then upload this file to another device to pick up right where you left off.
What if a food item is missing from the search?
No problem! You can add your own custom foods with all their nutrients at any time. Just click the plus icon in the search bar or use the 'Custom Foods' section in the settings.
